Anita Eralie Schley
Artist
Anita graduated from the University of Utah in 1996 with BFA in Studio Art. In addition to having her work in a multitude of galleries and publications, she has also taught art through continuing education classes, an Alternative high school drawing, the college setting as an alternative photography processes substitute and was the photography program director for CLASS Art School. Anita is both a painter and a photographer and enjoys exploring different mediums in her artwork. She has received multiple awards throughout her career. She lives in Springville, Utah with her husband. She has four adult children and one grandchild and more cats than she probably should admit to.
About Anita’s Work
Anita Eralie Schley is both a fine artist and illustrator. She uses her art to tell stories she finds meaningful with imagery that ranges from Classical art to fantasy. Her personal work is often about mental health, women’s lives, family history and religion. Anita uses traditional art mediums such as oil and acrylic painting but also enjoys exploring a multitude of mediums and materials as well. Anita’s artwork can found in private collections across the US and internationally, in multiple galleries, museums, publications and client illustrations.
